Punk rock, Luchadores, and historical theatres on my IZIP E3 Dash

The 101 Freeway jammed as usual. I own the road with Dasher.

My husband loves music. He is always turning me on to some amazing new artist that I never would have known about were it not for him. His favorites are not often in the mainstream and I don't have the time or the inclination to search out these hidden gems, so lucky me, I have him as my musical guide through the 21st century. Lucky for both of us, we live in LA where so many great artists are available to melt our faces off.

TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS ON MY NEW IZIP E3 DASH ELECTRIC BIKE!

The 101 Freeway jammed as usual. I own the road with Dasher.

By: JJ Hoffman

I am one of the fortunate.  I live and work in one of the most beautiful, exciting cities in the world, Los Angeles.  The City of Angels.  The city tied up in ribbons of freeways, loaded with cars.  But as I said, I am fortunate, because I live and work in this great city and I get around on a bicycle.

But not just any bike. Starting now, I zip around on an IZIP E3 Dash, an electric black beauty that gets me from here to there no sweat!  I mean that literally, no sweat.

The New Internet Home of IZIP eBikes

Welcome to the newly redesigned IZIP website! In honor of our tenth anniversary, we spruced up our little corner of the World Wide Web. The new site, which has a lighter and sunnier color scheme, reflects our California heritage (see the palm trees, hills, and ocean?) and showcases the wide range of eBikes that we offer.

Ride an eBike to Save Money, Stay Fit, and Save the World

Quisque id mi a ante suscipit tempor fermentum

Have you been considering buying an eBike, but haven’t gone through with it yet? Have you been intimidated by the eBike price tag?

Sure, maybe you already have a car. You probably drive your car to work or school, and although the gas prices are cringe-worthy, your monthly car expenses don’t cost the same as an eBike… or do they? AAA conducted a study which revealed that the cost of owning and operating a car in the United States averages at about $9,122 a year. This cost is based off of the average American, driving a medium-sized sedan about 15,000 miles a year. You don’t even want to know how much it costs to be driving an SUV or a minivan!

IZIP E3 Dash Electric Bike : The Name Game

With every new bike that hits the market someone in the background has to come up with a new name. The name has to be fresh and new, yet tell about the bike in a descriptive way. I applaud that person as they have really nailed it with the E3 Dash. Just letting this name flow though your mind tells the story of what this electric bike can do for you.

IZIP E3 Twn:exp eBike : Low, Long and Lean

With many new models and redesigned eBikes for the year 2014, Currie Technologies broke the mold with the Twn:exp. It has a look that says modern electric bike and touts the performance to back it up. At first glance I thought it was a folding eBike, yet on my second take I saw a stout and stylish bike for today’s times. Once I climbed aboard for my first ride I was hooked.

eBike for Commuting and Urban Riding

city commuter on electric bike

by Kevin Mitchell

I love my eBike!  That may sound a little outrageous, given that I am a fit 42-year-old avid cyclist who should probably be riding a fancy road bike rather than a pedal assisted eBike, but that’s how I feel.  The reasons I love my eBike are many, but the main reason is that it is a blast to ride, so I can put up with the old man jokes from my co-workers. Inside, I just laugh at their foolishness, since I know I am the one gaining so much from my electric assist ride.

IZIP E3 Path+ : My Best Electric Bike

best hybrid electric bike

- by Turbo Bob

So many have been waiting for the perfect electric bike. One that rides like a regular bicycle, is smooth and solid, and gives you the confidence to ride everyday doesn‘t seem like too much to ask for. I know my wife and I have been on that search for a while. Our 6 year-old eZip eBikes are running great, but up-grading to some modern electric bikes is starting to make more sense. I do think we have found the perfect replacements...
